After the summer, the project continues to progress on several points even if we are all very busy in our respective companies. More than ever, we are going to need your motivation and energy… the IPCC report will not tell us otherwise.
In the last few weeks, we have continued to gather new supporters:

- Advertisers: Center Parcs, GrandVision, Interflora, Castorama, Oui.sncf

The technical specifications team:
Benjamin Billon gathered several technicians to think about the technical specifications. We are at a stage where we have to start writing a draft in order to collect comments from the main stakeholders, i.e. the ISPs/webmails and the ESPs.
So far, no blocking elements have been detected. We are heading towards a protection mainly based on DKIM in order to ensure that the expiration date has not been modified by a third party during the transport of the message.

The Communication Workgroup:
We continue to get regular support, mainly from advertisers, ESPs and agencies despite a relatively low activity this summer.
These are mainly French for the moment, but we have gained some support from Germany (CleverReach, InxMail, Lightmeter), the Netherlands (Flowmailer), Romania (Axigen) or Canada (Munvo). It is important to continue to internationalize these supports! Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need material (presentation, articles, …) to recruit new supporters.
Moreover, several French companies are willing to participate in a common press release. Again, all voluntary helpers will be welcome to collaborate in its writing.

How can we help the project to progress?
Beyond the support of companies, we need to make concrete progress on many issues:
- Drafting of the joint press release
- Redesign of the site’s forms
- Evolution of the site
- Generating new supporters (talking to your customers and suppliers about the project is the best way to do this 😉 )
- Creation of a charter
